Kitchen

• Attention to ceiling, edges, and vents

• Dust light fixtures

• Spot check walls and cabinets to remove fingerprints, food splatters, and/or any other marks

• Cleaning of microwave (inside and out)

• Cleaning of fridge (outside and just the edges of the inside)

• Wipe down top of stove and the hood + front of oven + removal of any grease/food splatters

• Wipe down trash can and removal of trash

• Wipe/dust baseboards

• Vacuum + wash floors

Bathroom

• Attention to the ceiling, edges, and vents

• Disinfect shower/tub, toilet, sink, and all surfaces

• Wipe down trash cans, scales, and/or any other items that are within the space

• Spot check walls

• Wipe/dust baseboards

• Vacuum + hand wash floor

Bedroom

• Make beds and tidy the room (laundering of sheets and other bedding available by request)

• Attention to the ceiling, corners/edges, and vents

• Wipe/dust all surfaces

• Disinfect light switches, outlet covers, doorknobs, etc.

• Spot check walls

• Wipe/dust baseboards

• Vacuum floor and/or area rugs

• Wash flooring (if applicable)

Living Room/Common Area

• Tidy and organize the room

• Attention to the ceiling, corners/edges, and vents

• Dust fans, light fixtures, doorframes, pictures, tops of doors, etc.

• Dust blinds (if applicable) and window frames

• Spot check walls

• Disinfect light switches, outlet covers, doorknobs, and all other surfaces

• Dusting of any surfaces and items in the space

• Wipe/dust baseboards

• Vacuum furniture

• Vacuum floor and/or area rugs

• Wash flooring

All of our first-time cleanings require an initial deep clean. We view our initial deep cleanings as a full reset of your home.

We provide the same services listed within our standard cleaning practices, with extreme attention to detail.

Our move-in & move-out cleanings include the following cleaning services;

• Wiping of walls to remove any fingerprints, spills, and/or dust

• Disinfect any light switches, door handles, knobs, etc.

• Special attention to the ceiling as well as door tops, frames, vents and light fixtures

• Wipe/dust baseboards

• Vacuum and wash all flooring (if applicable)

• Inside and outside of all drawers, closets, cabinets, etc.

• Inside of windows if they are within reach/easily accessible with a step stool

• Disinfect shower(s), toilet(s), and all sinks

• Inside and outside of all kitchen appliances (this does not include the inside of the oven).
